Newly renovated, Le Figuier is an annex to the main farmhouse Le Cerisier and is ideal for a family of four with two children. 

A warm and self-contained unit the downstairs living space comprises a large open plan lounge/diner plus a well fitted kitchen with all modern appliances.

The lounge has a large TV with satellite Freeview plus wi-fi.

As you climb the staircase you reach an open landing / study area off which there are two double bedrooms, one with a king-sized double bed and the other with a simple day bed that can be opened up to a double. Off this landing is a bathroom with shower, WC and sink.

The entrance to Le Figuier is on the north road side with a smaller terrace to enjoy morning breakfasts.

At the rear is a secluded garden/seating area, quietly nestled under the cherry tree.
